Emmerdale viewers to see sinister sabotage at The Woolpack ahead of major Christmas fire

Emmerdale viewers will experience some sinister sabotage at The Woolpack ahead of the major Christmas fire at the pub.

As Emmerdale fans know, Al Chapman, played by Michael Wildman, has recently invested in the Woolpack - joining cousins Marlon and Charity Dingle overseeing it.

The investment from a new source was needed after the venue suffered financial difficulties during the coronavirus pandemic. Although, it has been far from smooth since the businessman joined forces with the Dingles.

Al has introduced a series of unpopular measures and soap viewers know he has a plot to convert the village boozer into luxury flats.

Things are expected to come to a head over Christmas with spoilers revealing there will be a huge fire at the Woolpack. Ahead of those shocking scenes, Emmerdale fans will see yet more sabotage from Al this week.

As Digital Spy reports, Al makes a mockery of a festive promotion introduced by Marlon.

The deal was intended to see punters given a free glass of champagne if they made food bookings at The Woolpack - in an attempt to boost trade over Christmas.

Unfortunately, disaster strikes when villagers spot something intriguing on Marlon's promotional email.

According to Marlon's message, all customers are entitled to a free bottle of champagne, rather than a glass.

It would appear Al has been up to mischief to once again cause issues at the Woolie.
