Emmerdale viewers spotted a clue that Kim is back to her usual self after finding out she is being poisoned.
Tonight Kim discovered that she had large amounts of diazepam in her blood, despite having not taken any tablets.
This was coupled with the fact that Lydia said she felt ill after drinking two glasses of Kim's brandy.
Putting two and two together, Kim realised someone was spiking her brandy.

And in the ultimate revenge plan, Kim organised a huge dinner party.
Sending out the invites, Kim asked Jamie, Jai, Dawn, Gabby, Al and Will to the luncheon at Home Farm.
And fans spotted that Kim was back to her usual evil self when they heard classical music playing in the background.
Paige said: "Kim’s music means she’s on one."
A second wrote: "Kim's got Mozart playing."
Jordan added: "Revenge is just starting."
And Ryan tweeted: "Her revenge plan is on."
Spoilers for next week reveal how the guests all start to arrive and Kim is pretending to be befuddled as she starts to spin her web.
Once the guests are assembled Kim declares she’s stepping back from the business, but first needs to anoint her successor, revelling in the reaction it creates and soon the bickering amongst her guests commences.
Kim addresses her guests one more time with a speech designed to manipulate her poisoner into taking action.
