Emmerdale fans were left shocked and surprised after the latest twist revealed Caleb to be Nicky's father.
Nicky had been following Caleb and Leyla but was caught by Caleb, who was then revealed to be his father. The surprise twist provoke a lot of reaction across social media.
In tonight's dramatic episode of the ITV soap, we saw Leyla's (Roxy Shahidi) stalker revealed to be loveable Home Farm nanny Nicky, played by Lewis Cope. However, the shocking twists didn't end there, it was also revealed that Nicky is actually Caleb’s (Will Ash) son.
We later saw father and son make their way through the Emmerdale graveyard. It was intense as they reached their destination – Frank Tate’s grave and it all became clear that Frank is Caleb’s dad!

@TheMCook simply wrote: "Whaaaaaat?!?!?" Meanwhile, @_erinz_ wrote: "Whatttt?? Did not see that one coming"
However, this left viewers will plenty of questions. @RyanTheSoapking asked two key questions.
He wrote: "Now we know that Nicky and Caleb are related - Who is Nicky's mother? Most importantly what are Caleb's real intentions with Kim?."
@mikepriestley13 also had a theory, he said: "Nicky isn’t actually in love with gabby he’s only doing it to get Kim out of home farm!! I knew Nicky wasn’t to be trusted.. good judge of character."
Others wondered what Nick was planning to do with Gabby. @AndrewM10105876 said: "we all put those pair as father and son but who is the Mam?? And what's Gabby got to do with it all!??
"The only Tate we have not seen Jean, zoes daughter!! Who was born same time as Gabby.... Mmmmm."
