Emmerdale viewers are fuming after it was confirmed that Maya Stepney is still alive.
The paedophile teacher survived her attack in the woods - and to make matters worse she has gone on the run with Jacob Gallagher.
Evil Maya tried to claim she was the victim and accused the 16-year-old of "sexual assault" when confronted by the girls.
After jumping out of the car, injured Maya insisted she was not a predator and was in love with Jacob.
She tried to escape but was chased down by horrified Leyla Harding, who started fighting her son's teacher.

"You are going to regret every single thing you did to Jacob," screamed Leyla.
Maya managed to get on top of Leyla and claimed her son "certainly didn't have any complaints" and "couldn't get enough".
Leyla snapped and knocked Maya unconscious by smashing her over the head with a rock.
Lifeless Maya rolled into a stream and appeared to be dead when the girls left the scene.
However, she woke up when she heard her phone ringing and asked Jacob for help.
Viewers saw the pair in a hotel room and discovered the schoolboy had not gone to see Alicia in Portugal.
Jacob said: "You’re not going back there. You’re not going near any of them.
"We go on the run. We’ve got nothing to lose now."
Furious Emmerdale viewers took to Twitter after finding out Maya is alive.
"WHY IS THAT EVIL WITCH STILL ALIVE!!!!!!! CHRIST IM BEYOND FUMING," said one angry viewer.
Another added: "I knew Maya wouldn't be dead. F*****g fuming"
However, others backed the decision to keep the child groomer alive.
One fan said: "Ooh I'm loving the twist tonight, and Maya is still alive.. thank you #Emmerdale for yet another great episode!"
"So glad Maya is alive because if that storyline ended like that I’d have been so upset cos the storyline needs a proper ending," said another.

Emmerdale fans were also disgusted when Maya turned the tables and claimed she was "sexually assaulted".
Despite grooming Jacob for months, Maya insisted she was the victim as she tried to lie her way out of trouble.
Manipulative Maya threatened to report the 16-year-old to the police if the girls exposed her.
When Priya denied her claims, evil Maya said: "So the victim is lying because someone from miles away has an opinion - are you even sober enough to drive?"
