Emmerdale viewers were in meltdown on Thursday night, as a twist saw Nate Robinson's mum Cara Robinson finally make her arrival.
Fans were introduced to the character back in October, when Nate's secret identity as Cain Dingle's son was exposed.
He had been targeting his dad for months for abandoning him as a child, unaware he didn't even know he existed.
It was later revealed Cain's ex Cara had fallen pregnant as a teenager but chose not to tell him, in fear of how his racist family might react.
Instead, she told Nate he didn't want to know sparking hatred that led to his revenge plan.
But on Thursday night, things took another turn as Cara finally made her debut in the Dales.
A mystery woman almost ran over Moira Dingle, who had been stumbling around drunk.
After Moira fell into a ditch and passed out, the mystery lady rushed her to hospital.
Viewers began speculating over her identity when she was trying to help the character.
But it wasn't until she and Nate, who was helping Moira's son Matty look for her, came face-to-face that all was clear.
Moira was screaming at former fling Nate for ruining her life, when Cara suddenly laid eyes on him.
Nate clearly knew who she was given his awkward response, not too happy to see her.
It's then that Cara headed over and stood by Nate, confirming he was her son.
Viewers were stunned by the twist, excited to see what it would lead to next.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
