Emmerdale stars Danny Miller, Joe-Warren Plant and Jay Kontzle teaming up for Manchester City charity football match

Emmerdale legend Danny Miller is teaming up with former colleagues to take part in a charity Manchester Remembers football match.

I’m a Celeb star Danny Miller, 31, who played Aaron Dingle, left the soap last year. He’ll soon be teaming up with ex- Emmerdale co-stars Joe-Warren Plant and Jay Kontzle for a celebs against legends match being hosted by Manchester City.

The Emmerdale stars will team up with Coronation Street actors, comedian Jason Manford and Love Island faves for the Manchester Remembers match on Sunday, April 3.

The celebrity team will face off against a team of football legends including Paul Merson, Matt Le Tissier, Wes Brown and Paul Dickov in the encounter.

The event is taking place in tribute to the Manchester Arena bombing victims with the fundraiser marking the fifth anniversary of the tragic incident.

All the money raised for the game will go to Chloe and Liam Together Forever Trust, Liv’s Trust, The Megan Hurley Foundation, The Remembering Nell Foundation and Eilidh's Trust.

Tickets

The match will be held at Manchester City’s Academy Stadium, based next to the club’s main Etihad ground, with tickets on sale now.

You can get adult tickets for £20 and concessions for £10.
