Emmerdale fans will see a noticeable change in David Metcalfe's appearance in the coming weeks.
Matthew Wolfenden, who plays David, had a complete makeover courtesy of his wife Charley Webb and their children.
Over the past year, Matthew has appeared on the soap with fairly long hair.

But Matthew's locks are no more after his children Bowie, five and Buster, 11, used an electric razor and shaved around his head.
Charley shared a video on Instagram of the transformation, with Matthew showing off his new hair-do.
In the clip, Matthew's youngest son Ace said: "Do you like it?", as Matthew replied: "Yeah"
Matthew's fans and co-stars were quick to comment on the Instagram post.
Danny Miller, who plays Aaron in the soap, said: "It genuinely annoys me how many different hairstyles he really suits!!"
Victoria Sugden actress, Isabel Hodgins said: "I genuinely don't know if I'm happy or sad!"
Former Emmerdale star Sammy Winward wrote: "I would never let you anywhere near my hair!!! The kids yes, you no! Looks great."
Serena said: "David your hair looks amazing."
Lisa wrote: "OMG Charlie and the kids. Love the new look."
And Emma commented: "You look like David Beckham."
