Emmerdale fans were left horrified tonight as Sarah met her donor's sister.
Sarah was desperate to find the family of the person who donated their heart to her in the ITV soap.
After extensive research on the internet Sarah found out her donor was called Gemma and that she had a sister called Chloe.

Sarah emailed Chloe and they arranged to meet up to find out about each other.
The pair met up and Sarah found out all about Gemma's life and how she'd died.
Things were going well but then Chloe said that she'd done some research and that listening to a person's heartbeat produced the same emotions as looking into their eyes.
Chloe then asked Sarah: "Can I listen to your heartbeat?"
Sarah looked stunned and got up and said she had to go.
She then started to have a panic attack as Lydia walked around the corner, after Noah told her all about Sarah's plan.
Lydia told Chloe that she thought the pair shouldn't meet up again and Sarah tearfully agreed.
And viewers watching at home were left horrified by Chloe's request, with some suggesting it could be the start of a sinister new storyline.
Le-Le said: "Do we think Sarah has gone and got herself a stalker?"
Jordan Phelps said: "This Chloe sounds a bit creepy."
Another said: "Do you mind if I listen to my dead sister’s heart as it beats in your chest? Crrreeeeeepy"
And Pollyk said: "Think we might have met our next psycho."
