Emmerdale spoilers: Sarah Sugden becomes drug dealer in sinister twist to impress Danny

Emmerdale's Sarah Sugden takes a turn for the worst as she's forced to become a drug dealer by Danny.

Fans of the soap have watched the troubled teenager go to extreme lengths in a bid to impress the mystery new boy - including swallowing a pill.

Danny first appeared in the Dales a few months back and horrified viewers have watched Sarah repeatedly bunk off school to spend time with her crush while continuously lying to grandmother Charity in a desperate attempt to hang out with him.

Last month the shady character kissed her, prompting some sort of relationship between the pair.

But things turned sinister as she was lured along by Danny and Jayden to a party - where she gulped down a pill under pressure.

In upcoming scenes for 2020, Danny manipulates Sarah and lies to her, saying he's been beaten up by the people he was holding drugs for.

Pretending to be upset, evil Danny tells Sarah that the people who beat him up now want him to deal for them as payment for losing the drugs.

Charity Dingle is Sarah's grandmother (ITV)

Will Sarah really consider helping when he asks her to deal for him?

Sarah recently left Noah Dingle concerned on Emmerdale after the drug plot.

Noah, who is just a year old than niece Sarah, was with her at the party when she swallowed the pill.

Noah's mum Charity has been trying to keep her on a straight path recently after the teenager met newcomer Danny.

She encouraged Sarah not to worry about how little time she may have, but soon realised where Sarah was coming from with her hopes to live as full a life as possible.

Charity will no doubt have something to say about her latest behaviour if Noah tells her!

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
