It’s the climax of a major storyline in Emmerdale next week.
Young April Windsor has been brutally bullied online by a mystery tormentor in recent weeks, prompting her to be sick with anxiety.
Despite initially speaking with dad Marlon Dingle about the issue, April has kept the most recent incidents a secret.
However, little does April know that her best friend and aunt Cathy Hope is the real culprit and is now beginning to feel guilty for sparking the campaign of abuse against her.
Now the truth is finally set to come out…
Meanwhile, April's dad Marlon faces further difficulties on top of April’s trauma this week as a money-making scheme at the Woolpack goes horrifically wrong.
Here’s what is coming up next week on Emmerdale.
Cathy Hope confesses to bullying April Windsor
After having already confessed to brother Heath Hope to being their niece April’s tormenter, Cathy continues to feel guilty as April gets bombarded by other nasty messages and is left distraught and anxious.

April tells Cathy to avoid her and not become a target too before she flees, leaving Cathy feeling worse.
The next day, a guilty Cathy and Heath learn that April is off sick from school as she feels so bad.
Cathy then finally breaks down and comes clean to April, revealing exactly what she has done.

An angered April leaves Cathy and walks off, leaving Cathy terrifying what will happen to her now.
April heads to her dad’s girlfriend Rhona Goskirk and reveals all about the bullying and who is responsible.
Meanwhile, Heath runs to dad Bob Hope and step-mother Brenda Walker and reveals that Cathy has vanished.
Rhona Goskirk clashes with Brenda Walker
Bob Hope panics over Cathy’s safety, but instead, Rhona comes across the young girl instead.
Rhona tells Cathy that she will expose her bad behaviour to the school and her parents, prompting an upset Cathy to try and flee.

On the street, Rhona tries to stop Cathy from getting away, prompting her to grab Cathy.
Brenda soon intervenes to protect Cathy and grabs Rhona, but Rhona elbows Brenda back, catching her in the face.
When Brenda tries to grab Rhona again, the cafe owner is shoved back onto the floor.
All those present are shaken by what has occurred.

The next day, Bob question his parenting and how his daughter could have turned out this way.
As Bob tries to speak to April’s dad Marlon Dingle about the issue, he is stonewalled.
Have Cathy’s actions created an irreparable family rift?
Matty Barton injury provokes trouble for Chas Dingle
The financial troubles with the Woolpack pub continue next week and in a bid to make more cash, Marlon Dingle pursues his big barbecue idea.
Asking Matty Barton to help out, Marlon offers him cash-in-hand, before leaving Matty to use the grill.

However, when Matty squirts lighter fluid on the grill it produces a fireball of flame that leaves Matty’s hands badly burned.
Marlon feels incredibly guilty about what happened afterwards, while pub co-owner Chas Dingle fears that they will be ruined if Matty decides to sue.
The next day, the pair face the wrath of Matty’s mum, Moira Dingle, when she turns up at the pub and tells them that Matty deserves compensation as he now cannot work as a result of his injuries - leaving Chas’ brother and Moira’s husband Cain Dingle caught in the middle.

After the tense encounter, Chas’ husband Paddy Kirk is worried about her as she fears they cannot get the money without the pub falling apart.
It is then that they get an unexpected but unwelcome offer to make money comes in.
Will Chas and Paddy accept? And, if so, will they regret their choice?
