Meena Jutla is set to get a new love interest after losing David Metcalfe to Victoria Sugden in Emmerdale.
The ITV soap opera aired its Super Soap Week last week during which the serial killer played a central role.
Meena used an adventure trip to try and kill Victoria Sugden, her love rival for boyfriend David Metcalfe.
Despite failing to kill Victoria by sabotaging her harness while mountain climbing, a bridge collapse left both Victoria and David in peril.
Falling in a river, Victoria later fell down a waterfall where Meena found her and tried to drown her but was interrupted by David.
Having been witnessed by Andrea Tate, Meena chased down Andrea and beat her and left her to die in a maze fire at the end of the week, claiming another victim.
Monday night’s episode saw Meena furious as she realised that David was going to leave her for Victoria and left a threatening note for her love rival.
Now when speaking to Inside Soap, executive producer Jane Hudson teased: "With David having now chosen Victoria, Meena sets her sights on another of our villagers, but will she lure him into her web?”
No doubt fans will be left speculating over who exactly Meena’s next target will be and what that means for them and their loved ones.
The producer also teased: "And when someone comes close to finding out what happened during adventure week, Meena has to take drastic action."
This does not bode well for both Billy Fletcher and Ben Tucker as the HOP employees are unknowingly in the possession of camera footage that exposes Meena trying to drown Victoria after the latter fell over a waterfall.
Given that it was Ben reviewing the footage - albeit while missing the incriminating clip itself last week - is Aaron Dingle set to lose his boyfriend to evil Meena?
We shall have to wait and see who are likely to become Meena’s next targets.
