Emmerdale airs danger for one resident on Tuesday’s episode, as little Kyle’s life is on the line after an accident.
Amy Wyatt is meant to be looking after her young son, but she isn’t paying attention and he manages to run off.
She and Nate go looking for the youngster worried for him, unaware he’s sneaked into dad Cain Dingle’s garage.
Nate soon figures out where Kyle is, but he’s left mortified when he sees smoke coming out of the garage.
Dan is called away from the garage so has no idea Kyle is in there.
It’s not long before the youngster sits in one of the cars with the engine running.
Next thing, and the car and garage have filled with fumes, with Kyle trapped inside.
As Nate reaches the garage he sees the fumes, and races into action to rescue Amy’s son.
He struggles to open the garage as Amy and the others watch on in horror, fearing Kyle won’t make it out.
Nate tries to find something to break open the garage and rescue the youngster, but will he get to him in time?
Will Cain stop Amy seeing her son after finding out what’s happened?
Viewers will have to tune in this week to find out what happens to little Kyle.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
