Before long a rota for mutual childcare is drawn up between David and Victoria.

That afternoon seductive Meena arrives for a steamy afternoon with David but is furious he’s babysitting instead.

Realising she needs to play her cards cleverly the next day Meena phones David to offer to have Theo but, seeing he has just rejected her call to continue talking to Victoria, she’s overtaken with jealousy and anger.

Later, Victoria is once again in charge of both kids; she briefly goes upstairs to check on Harry.

Seeing her chance, Meena creeps in through the back door and looms over and takes Theo.

When Victoria returns downstairs, she’s horrified to find Theo’s gone, and the baby gate and back door are open.

Bursting into the garden and seeing no sign of Theo, Victoria starts to scream in panic.

And soon a desperate search ensues.

Releasing a trailer on Emmerdale, fans think Meena could stoop to a new low.

Janice tweeted: "This is so sick! Throwing a teenager off a bridge on her 18th birthday, now endangering babies."

Lauren wrote: "This is so disgusting."

And Yasmin wrote: "Crikey ..... We losing another character by that mad one."
