Victoria is left utterly devastated after discovering that Luke could have something to do with brother Lee's death - something that her own brother went to prison for - and kept it a secret.
Emmerdale viewers were recently left stunned after Luke told his mum last week that he was brutally beaten up by Lee after coming out to him, with his sibling even threatening to kill him.
Luke revealed that he had pushed his brother in a bid to get away from him, but that Lee ended up falling and hitting his head.
Lee had ended up losing consciousness but later headed off and was again hit over the heady by Robert, who was convicted of his murder.
Robert's long murder sentence had been backed by Wendy at the time as she had not believed that Lee had raped Rebecca and he has since cut off all contact with ex-husband Aaron Dingle and the rest of his family.
Next week, Luke wakes up with a hangover on Wendy's sofa and regrets his confession to Victoria.
He is in despair as everything comes flooding back to him - is their relationship all over?
Wendy later tries to persuade Luke to tell Victoria the whole story about his fight with Lee. Yet, as they sit down, Victoria is baffled by Luke's behaviour and tells him that she needs to know everything that he has been hiding from her for them to stand a chance.
But Luke can't bring himself to be completely honest to Victoria and Wendy ends up reluctantly revealing the rest of the story.
Victoria is left utterly devastated as she begins to piece everything together.
Will the couple manage to get over this?
This comes as fans speculate that the ITV soap is opening up the possibility for Robert to return.
Was the bleed in Lee's brain caused before Robert whacked him over the head with a shovel? And could Victoria go to the police with the new evidence?
