Emmerdale viewers believe Meena Jutla will commit a shocking murder in the village, after new claims about her past.
The character recently opened up about the death of a friend named Nadine, who sadly took her own life.
Meena blames herself for not being there for her friend, and not speaking to her after she "made a mistake".
Some viewers immediately questioned what really happened to Nadine though, after newspaper clippings suggested it was a suspicious death with possible foul play.
Meena has been showing some pretty controlling and obsessive traits recently, with boyfriend David and also her sister Manpreet.
She's been meddling in Manpreet's ex Charles' relationship with Andrea Tate, desperate to split them up so he and her sister can reunite.
Meena will not let it drop and even almost killed a dog in recent scenes, just to get the couple apart.
Nadine's death has now left many fearing she is dangerous, and could be a killer ready to strike again.
With her clear obsession over Charles and her dislike of his girlfriend, fans are fearing Andrea might be murdered by Meena in a chilling twist - or perhaps even Charles could be a victim.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer commented: "Aw right so Meena is going to kill Andrea now is she?!"
Another asked: "Just caught up on @emmerdale and Meena will probably try to kill Andrea and/or Charles, right?"
A third tweeted: "I’m scared for Andrea. Please emmerdale don’t kill Andrea off @emmerdale."
A fourth wrote: "Ok so from the first day Meena showed up at #Emmerdale I knew she was EVIL but holy cow!! She’s shown it this week past week , poor #Andrea how long before she ends up like Meena’s friend & her suspicious death? Andrea it doesn’t look good for you not good at all!!"
This was backed by another viewer who wrote: "So we have another deranged nurse, Meena's not a patch on Emma Barton though, so who are they lining her up to bump off, Andrea?"
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
