Teenage actress Katie Hill is currently starring as Sarah Sugden in Emmerdale.
But did you know there have been four actresses who have previously played the character? And where are they now?
On screen Sarah is suffering from anxiety in her gripping heart donor storyline.
The sickly teen has been left stranded after her mum Debbie Dingle scarpered to Scotland with beau Andy Sugden.
And now the youngster, who Katie started playing in 2017, is the focus of attention in the Yorkshire Dales as worried fans hope for her health to improve.
Katie took over the character from Sophia Amber Moore, who starred in the hit ITV soap for a decade from 2007 to 2017.
And prior to that actresses Lucy Warren, Lily-May Bartley and Amber Child-Cavill all starred as the character Sarah Sugden.
Lily and Lucy both shared the role back in 2005, but it was the latter who finally secured the permanent position before being replaced a year later by Amber.

Amber played the character for 12 months until Sophia made the role her own as a popular regular in the soap.
And it’s been some journey for the character.
In 2011, six-year-old Sarah was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease called Fanconi anaemia, and she needed a bone marrow transplant to save her life.
Debbie and Andy decided they needed to have another baby, as neither of them or their family members were a match for Sarah.

Later in the year, Sarah took a turn for the worse and began developing leukaemia. Brother Jack was born that same month, and he proved to be a match.
In 2017, Sarah was revealed to have throat cancer. After a crowdfunding campaign and help from Debbie's grandmother Faith Dingle, Sarah received treatment in Prague.
A year later she suddenly collapsed and was confirmed to be suffering from heart failure, as a side effect of chemotherapy.
Lucy Warren and Lily-May Bartley (2005)
Lucy has not acted in anything since her brief stint in the soap, but has been credited for her work in the Costume and Wardrobe Department in The Oscars TV special in 2017 and a year earlier on the TV series America’s Greatest Makers.
Meanwhile, Lily has no acting credits since leaving the soap and little is known about what she does now for a career.
Amber Child-Cavill (2006-2007)
The third child actor to play the role, Sheffield-born Amber has also disappeared from the limelight and has no acting credits since her time in the Dales.
Her sister Jessica and brother Samuel both appeared in the ITV drama Where the Heart is, but the acting bug obviously didn’t catch on for Amber after her brief spell on the silver screen.
Sophia A mber Moore (2007-2016)
Sophia has had a glamorous image chance since leaving the show.
She has focused on her education after finding childhood fame, but has revealed she would to one day land a role in Coronation Street.
"I’ve been focusing on my school life and A-levels until I can find a suitable casting agency I like that can find me work,” she told ED!.
And she added that she would "love to go to Coronation Street".
Looking back on her brief stint in Emmerdale, Sophia reflected: “I always enjoyed my scripts being posted to my house and sitting down with my mum arranging them into what scenes I was in and what I needed to learn.
"I knew everything on set wasn’t real life, but I needed to pretend that it was so my character was portrayed the best I could."
Katie Hill – (2016 to present day)
Katie has been at the centre of some huge storylines on the soap, not least having endeared herself to viewers as she battles her heart donor anxiety.
The 18-year-old plays the 16-year-old character with great professionalism. On screen she is the product of two of Emmerdale’s biggest families – the Dingles and the Sugdens.
She has spent the majority of her life in and out of hospital with various health problems.
"I'm so pleased that Emmerdale is revisiting Sarah's dramatic past," revealed Katie in an interview with Inside Soap.

"Sarah has a very problematic medical history, and doctors have told her that she might have a shortened life.
"So with Leanna dying and Granny Faith's mystery illness, all her fears are definitely heightened... she's consumed by utter fear."
Incredibly she had no acting experience before landing the sought-after role, although she is an accomplished singer.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
