Emmerdale’s Samson Dingle to flee the Dales after confrontation goes wrong

Emmerdale fans fear that things will go from bad to worse for Samson Dingle after he was caught with a crowbar at school.

The teenager took the weapon in his rucksack in order to scare the two thugs who had mugged his step mum Lydia the day before.

However, Samson's confrontation didn't exactly go to the plan as he did it on the school grounds and as the two teens ran off, it seems a teacher caught Samson with the weapon.

His dad was absolutely fuming when he got a phone call from the school and was asked to go and collect Samson.

When they got home, Lydia attempted to prevent Samson - but Sam was even more annoyed when he realised how his son had known who it was that attacked her.

As Samson attempted to explain himself, Sam got more and more angry and told him that he had broken the family code and now wasn’t worthy of the Dingle name.

Lydia tried to diffuse the situation, but Samson announced that because of his actions, he doesn’t belong in the family. But does that mean he'll run away and flee the Dales?

But some viewers were left worried that something way worse could happen to Samson before he gets a chance to leave.

One person tweeted: "I bet you Samson gets hospitalised by those lads and then Sam will regret what he said to his son #emmerdale."

A second posted: "Feel a bit sorry for Samson.. #emmerdale," while a third added: "Aww Samson, bless him. #Emmerdale."

Another viewer tweeted: "Sam is being a total t**t! "The Dingle code" - Samson froze with fear you idiot! Telling him that he's so ashamed all cos he broke the code is horrible. He clearly doesn't love him or deserve him #Emmerdale."

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
