Emmerdale favourite Rebecca Sarker has hit out at criticism of her inappropriate outfits…coming from her son.
Rebecca Sarker, 48, plays Manpreet Sharma in Emmerdale. In recent years, she’s been involved in a number of major storylines, not least bringing the downfall of her evil sister Meena Jutla - played by Paige Sandhu.
In her life away from Emmerdale, Rebecca is a fitness fanatic and has two children. The former Coronation Street star has joked one of her sons doesn’t like all of her outfit choices.

Talking to our colleagues at the Daily Star about her outfit at a recent awards bash, Rebecca said it was ‘inappropriate for a 48-year-old’. In response to who told her that, Rebecca joked: “My son.”
Rebecca has also recently opened up about her friendship with her former co-star Paige Sandhu who played evil Meena in Emmerdale. She said: "We keep in touch, we couldn't not.
