Emmerdale fans have noticed the "electric chemistry" between Moira Dingle and Rhona Goskirk.
Tonight, Rhona discovered that she had inherited a large amount for money from late boyfriend Graham, much to Kim's fury.
After overhearing that Moira wanted to sell the farm and that she thought she would have to sell to Kim, Rhona stepped in.
Rhona suggested to Moira that she buy a portion of the farm and that they become business partners, leaving her delighted.
The pair's friendship cemented and fans are convinced that a romance is also blossoming.
