Emmerdale's Vinny Dingle learned of his fate in chilling scenes on the ITV soap on Monday night.
Serial killer Meena Jutla attacked him and later drugged him, after he followed her to a disused barn and uncovered her dark secret.
Meena kidnapped her sister Manpreet Sharma last month, and after keeping her hostage in Wendy's house she moved her to the barn.
After fans were led to believe Manpreet had been killed, they learned she was alive when Vinny found her last week.
But Meena then knocked him out, and she now plans to murder him just like her previous victims Leanna Cavanagh, Nadine, Andrea Tate and Ben Tucker.

Tying him up and drugging him, she then brought over an IV drip which she claimed to be filled with alcohol.
The plan was to intoxicate him with the alcohol via a drip, to set him up for his own looming death.
Vinny was terrified and desperate to escape, as Meena confirmed what she had in store for him - and how she planned to get away with it.

After Vinny took Sam Dingle's van to follow Meena to he barn, she claimed she was going to place him in the driver seat when he was passed out, and too drunk to save himself.
She then revealed she was going to set up a deadly car accident, so that Vinny would be found dead in the driver seat at the scene.
Her hope was that they would accuse him of drink driving and causing his own death, by making it look like he crashed his car while under the influence of alcohol.
She had it all planned, and Vinny was desperate to stop her but knew there was nothing he could do.
Manpreet then confirmed to Vinny that she too had been told how she was going to die and when, after her sister plotted to drug her until she passed away.

Meena has been drugging her by mouth with a syringe for days, and she cruelly told her sibling that she'd been giving her enough substance so that eventually it would kill her.
But will either Vinny or Manpreet manage to escape Meena's evil clutches, and stop her horrific plan?
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
