Emmerdale's evil nurse Meena Jutla has confessed to all of her murders - but still hasn't been arrested unfortunately.
Wednesday's episode of the ITV soap saw Meena continue to mentally torture her sister Manpreet Sharma after bringing her home from hospital.
Meena is holding her sibling hostage and decided to bound and gag her to ensure she couldn't escape and tell everyone the truth.
The sisters came to blows on Christmas Day after Manpreet found Meena trying to plant heroin at Dawn Taylor's house.
The pair were then caught up in the awful explosion at The Woolpack and did a brief hospital stint before heading home.
On Wednesday, Meena decided to tell her sister everything and confirmed that she was the one who murdered her former friend Nadine, as well as Leanna, Andrea and Ben.
“I want you to look at me,” she told Manpreet.
“I want to see your face when I say their names. Now, there was quite a gap between Nadine and Leanna. But when the moment came I was so ready for it.
"She really should have kept her nose out of my business. Then after Leanna there was Andrea - magic number three.
"See just before I killed her she let off the flare gun that set off the fire in the maze. Helped cover up my involvement - lucky me, eh?" Meena continued.
“How about Ben. Poor, sweet little Ben. I’d been caught on one of his little camera things trying to drown Victoria by the waterfall and there we go. Four not out."
She then added: "You’d think they get easier but they don’t. Actually what am I talking about - they totally get easier."
Later on in the episode, it looked like Manpreet was about to be saved as her ex-husband Rishi suspected something was up.
As he tried to get Bob Hope to open the door, Meena suddenly appeared and reassured them that Manpreet wasn't at home and had taken a trip to Ibiza.
Rishi looked shocked that Manpreet would travel so soon after leaving hospital - and viewers were just as baffled.

A third person posted: "Do they actually believe that a woman who was at death's door a few days ago will be off enjoying herself in Ibiza. No wonder Rishi was dumped. Give me strength #Emmerdale."
And a fourth added: "Yep, just survived being blown up and she's off to Ibiza. Ridiculous storyline! #Emmerdale."
