Emmerdale airs concern for Kerry Wyatt next week, as she fights for her life after an accident involving Tracy Metcalfe.
This week's episodes see Tracy finally rumble the truth about her dad Frank's death in the factory fire, and that Kerry and daughter Amy caused it.
In a bid to stop her telling the police Kerry locks her in the house, only for her to escape leading to a chase. Kerry slips and hits her head badly though, with her fate still on the line next week.
Kerry's family wait anxiously at the hospital for news on her condition in the episodes that follow, as they hope she will be okay.
Tracy is struggling with her guilt over the incident, blaming herself and fearful she will be in trouble.
Sister Vanessa tries to ease her guilt given the truth about their dad and the fact it wasn't actually Tracy's fault that she fell.
Amy leaves her horrified though as she vows to tell the police what went down.
But there's further worry at the hospital, when Kerry suffers a complication and a crash team is called in to revive her.
When she doesn't revive at the first attempt, daughter Amy is left devastated and fearful she could lose her mum.
Will Kerry pull through and wake up, or will another death hit the Dales?
Meanwhile, there's more drama in store when Vanessa argues with Amy over Kerry and her dad Frank.
She ends up getting arrested after accidentally hitting a nurse, leaving Amy panicking that Vanessa will confirm the truth about the fire.
But will the game be up for all of those involved?
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
