Emmerdale's Jamie Tate appears to be the one who has been poisoning Kim after he had a very telling conversation with Paddy Kirk during Monday night's episode.
During the hour long special, Jamie (Alex Lincoln) was seen trying to convince his mum that it's Will Taylor who has been drugging her.
After finding a box of Diazepam in Will's toolbox, Jamie rushed home to tell Kim (Claire King) - but she refused to believe that her former lover could be capable of such a thing.
However, when Jamie later left his mum a voicemail informing her of how Will had reacted when he found Jamie going through his belongings, Kim decided to confront Will herself.

As she pressed him to tell her why he had the medication in his toolbox, Will replied: "Okay I’ll tell ya, but this is really embarrassing for me... I take it for my nerves. I suffer from anxiety, I know it’s stupid but there it is."
However, Kim wasn't convinced but she didn't let on and headed home to speak with her son.

"Looks like you were right, it is Will," she told Jamie, as he asked if Will had confessed.
"He didn’t have to, I know a liar when I see one," she replied. "He doesn’t know I’m on to him, man is stupid enough to think I believe him.
"I’m upset, he’s the last person who I thought would do this to me," she added, as Jamie looked on.
Asking him not to consume too much alcohol, she said: "Whatever I decide to do, it will be done tomorrow and I'll need you.
"No one messes with me and gets away with it, no matter how close they think they are."
However, towards the end of the episode, Jamie was approached by Paddy as he enjoyed a drink with his girlfriend Dawn Taylor.

Asking to speak to Jamie in private, Paddy said: "It’s about the drugs you’ve been giving your mum’s horse, I had a look in the cabinet this morning and there’s only one box left."
"Yeah," Jamie replied bluntly, as Paddy continued: "Well you do know they should only be used short term?"
"Yes, I am a vet Paddy," Jamie answered sarcastically, whilst looking rather shifty.

"Yeah sorry, I’m not having a go, it’s just that you have been using them rather a lot recently," Paddy explained.
"Well, after today I won’t be using them any more so…" Jamie added, as Paddy asked: "Great, so they worked?"
"Yeah, yeah it’s worked well," Jamie replied: "Admittedly its taken longer than I thought, but no, the Diazepam has done the trick."
Emmerdale viewers were stunned and took to Twitter to comment, with one person writing: "Wow it was Jamie all along poisoning his mum #emmerdale."
"Holy s**t!!! It was Jamie all along!!! #Emmerdale," another tweeted.
A third person penned: "wait surely not jamie thought that was too obvious...is there more to come or is that it? #Emmerdale."
