Emmerdale's Jamie Tate is alive and well after being presumed dead, and was reunited with his daughter Millie on Thursday evening.
Soap fans have been wondering for weeks now if Jamie had really died after being involved in an alleged car accident, but now it's been confirmed that he did go into hiding.
The latest instalment of the ITV soap saw Jamie (Alexander Lincoln) come face-to-face with his young daughter Millie (Willow Bell) on the day of her mother Andrea's memorial service.
However, Jamie's mother Kim Tate (Claire King) still remains in the dark about her son being alive - although she suspects he is.

Thursday's episode began with Kim and Andrea's mum Hazel still debating where the best place is for young Millie to live.
Kim tried her best to persuade the youngster to stay with her and convinced her that her dad would be coming back.
But when Jamie failed to turn up for Andrea's memorial, Kim seemingly resigned herself to the fact he is in fact dead.

Crying to her on/off lover Will Taylor, Kim said: "He's dead isn't he?" as Will replied: "Yeah I reckon so."
Breaking down in tears, Kim weeped: "He's gone," but the next scene showed Jamie alive and well as he surprised Millie.
"Daddy, you were here all the time?" she told him as Jamie replied: "I've just been waiting for you sweetheart."

"Granny said you were in an accident," she then said as Jamie added sarcastically: "Oh dear, Granny Kim being worrying about me? Must have been terrible for her."
He then promised he would never leave his daughter again as he declared: "It's finally over, I never have to step foot in that hell hole of a house again. She can stay in there and rot all on her own."
ITV confirmed that "although there are no current plans for the character of Jamie Tate to return to Emmerdale, the audience now has the proof Jamie Tate is still alive and at large".
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
