There’s yet another big change coming to Emmerdale’s iconic pub The Woolpack.
As Emmerdale fans know, Al Chapman, played by Michael Wildman, has recently invested in the Woolpack - joining cousins Marlon and Charity Dingle overseeing it.
His motives seem a little dubious with a few hints being offered about what he actually after from the business.

Since Al has teamed up with the Dingle cousins he’s tried introducing a number of cost-cutting measures.
Some of these have not gone down well with Marlon Dingle - who is played by Mark Charnock.
Al’s latest measure looks set to leave Marlon fuming once again.
The Metro report, Al wants the front of house staff to wear uniforms to give the pub a new feel.
Marlon’s fear is that uniforms will make the cosy Woolie pub feel rather corporate.
