Emmerdale's Charley Webb leaves fans in stitches over hack to stop kids getting into snack cupboard

Best known for playing Debbie Dingle in Emmerdale, Charley Webb has been sharing snaps of her two older sons attempting to get into the snack cupboard.

The mum-of-three placed a child lock on her snack cupboard in attempt to stop the grazing of her kids.

But the resulting snaps had fans giggling as older children Buster and Bowie attempted to break in.

With the boys perched on top of the kitchen counter, desperately trying to work out the lock, the Emmerdale star had a laugh at the pair, writing: "when you get a new snack cupboard...it gets worse. They're never getting in there!"

Fans shared the snaps among themselves, laughing at the foiled attempt as mum Charley put a stop to the endless snacking.

With dad Matthew Woldenden sharing it too, one Emmerdale viewer commented: "You need to do more Instagram stories, they have been so funny."

Another fan wrote: "They're going to beat that lock!"

Many fans have also spotted that middle child Bowie has become the double of his mum, writing: "He's the image of you Charley!"

The least photographed of her sons, fans are loving the insight feeling Bowie has grown up quickly, as it didn't seem so long ago that Charley first took maternity leave from the soap.

She first had a temporary departure from the show in 2016 and returned after a year.

Charley recently shared how she feared a parenting mishap almost cost eldest son Buster to lose his place at secondary school.

She told fans it was difficult to get her son a place at any of the schools near her, but after reading only the first line of a letter stating he had got in, she hadn't realised she was supposed to confirm he wanted the place.
