Charley Webb has admitted that Emmerdale fans will not be seeing her character, Debbie Dingle, for a long time yet.
The 31-year-old actress recently welcomed her third child with husband and Emmerdale co-star Matthew Wolfenden and she has "no plans" of returning to the ITV soap.
Charley revealed recently that she was "still on maternity leave" after taking a break from the soap last year and is enjoying it so much, she is not thinking of calling time on it anytime soon.
Speaking to The Sun after the birth of Ace last July, Charley said motherhood is "a different ball game" now.
She said: "I'm still on maternity leave at the moment.
"It's been good but three kids is a different ball game.
"It's been really good fun, but there are no plans for me to return to work at the moment."
Charley was last seen in the ITV soap when Debbie Dingle left for Scotland, with plans to relocate there, after Lisa Dingle left her a garage in her will.
The prospect of being a mother to three is not proving daunting and Charley has hinted that she might delay her return to Emmerdale so that she can have another child.
After being in the soap since 2002, Charley is hoping to use the time to get family life nailed down.
The actress revealed: "Three at the moment is a lot, but I sort of think once you've got three you might as well have 20.
"It's just chaos. My house is chaos, but good fun though."
