Emmerdale's Cain Dingle vows deadly revenge on Al Chapman for betraying Debbie

Emmerdale's Cain Dingle tracked down Al Chapman and warned him to leave the village for good in the latest episode.

He had just found out the character was his daughter Debbie Dingle's secret lover, and that he'd been cheating on her.

Al has been seeing both Debbie and his fiancée Priya Sharma for months - only for the two women to realise earlier this month.

The pair teamed up to ruin his life, with Monday's episode seeing him finally confronted for his betrayal.

Tuesday's visit saw several residents uncover what had happened, as Priya continued her revenge against Al.

Al was left pleading his innocence to Kim Tate over the missing money from the business accounts, unable to prove the ladies had set him up.

But Kim could be the least of his worries, as another resident set out to "give him a kick in".

Debbie's dad Cain had overheard Al boasting to Debbie about lying to her and cheating on her, with him telling her no one would ever love her.

As he realised what had happened between them and what Al had done to his daughter, his cruel taunts were the final straw.

He tracked him down in the dark and threatened him, before revealing he was going to attack him - only to change his mind when he realised Al's son Ellis didn't want anything to do with him.

Cain instead threatened him to leave the village, issuing him with a chilling consequence if he didn't flee and never return in that moment.

The Dingle favourite told Al he was "a dead man" if he ever showed his face in the village again, but will Al take it seriously?

Knowing Cain's track record of making people pay for crossing him, Al might want to take note while he still can.

Even if Cain doesn't get his hands on him, he's already made an enemy of the the Tates, the Dingles and the Sharmas so he might want to watch out!

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
