Emmerdale's Cain Dingle disowned by own family as he leaves three lives in danger

Emmerdale's Cain Dingle is set to be disowned by his family next week after he makes a huge blunder that leaves three lives in danger.

This comes in new ITV spoilers as the Dingle family have fought against plans from Al Chapman (Michael Wildman) to take over the Woolpack and convert it into luxury apartments.

In scenes set to air next week, Chas (Lucy Pargeter) and Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) are gutted that their insurance claim is void as they failed to include details of the development plans.

Seeing no other way out, Chas agrees to sign Al’s papers to give him ownership of the Woolpack, but Al is later left frustrated when business partner Gavin (Ben Richards) insists on offering them less money.

Keen-eyed Paddy (Dominic Brunt) notices a change in the documents and is furious when he discovers in the fine print that the price has been dropped by £20,000.

They don’t sign the contract, resulting in Gavin pressuring Al with an ultimatum of two days to get it signed.

A little while later, a mystery figure emerges from the shadows and expertly cuts the brakes on Al’s car.

Unaware of the danger, Al offers Kerry and Kyle (Huey Quinn) a lift into town - and Cain (Jeff Hordley) spots them all approaching the leaking car.

When Mackenzie and Cain later meet with Gavin on a country road, tensions run high.

Back in the village, Chas prepares to sign over the ownership of the Woolpack to Al - before she asks Al to promise to end the feud with Cain once the deal is done, which Al agrees to.

But when Gavin tells Al all about his run-in with Cain and Mackenzie, he says he is pulling out of the development deal.

Al pleads with Gavin to reconsider but he refuses, demanding all the money back.

Chas is left furious the deal has imploded and blames Cain for ruining it - before breaking the shocking news that Chas is disowning him, leaving him ostracised.

Will the pair manage to repair their relationship?

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
