Emmerdale's Belle Dingle in danger as fans point out frustrating blunder

Emmerdale's Belle Dingle was in danger on tonight's episode but fan's were distracted by a blunder.

Viewers of the ITV soap saw Belle and Ellis Chapman taking her nephew Kyle on an adventure.

Ellis promised Cain Dingle that he would keep them safe, and he was doing well at keeping his promise - until his ex Priya Sharma phoned him.

Ellis took Belle's car keys as he rushed off to see what was wrong with Priya, leaving Belle and Kyle alone.

Kyle later injured his ankle and Belle wanted to get him back home safely, but that is when she realised that she didn't have her car keys.

She smashed the window and got access to the car to get a warmer as the cold, dark night began to draw in.

Belle attempted to get hold of Ellis and left him a message, while her phone battery was running out.

She also tried Cain but her phone ran out of battery.

But viewers at home were confused and frustrated by her choice of phone calls as they took to social media to share their thoughts asking why she didn't just call 999.

There were further blunders as, in tonight's episode, Cain finally found Belle and Kyle passed out in the car.

Both were suffering from hypothermia and it left Kyle in a bad way in hospital.

Fans couldn't get their head around the storyline as they questioned it on Twitter.

Hazel said: "Am I missing something? Belle, Ellis & Kyle were camping out. Didn’t they have sleeping bags & other camping stuff? Belle/Kyle sleep in the car & now suffering hypothermia? Eh?"

Chris said: "#Emmerdale where were the blankets Belle & Kyle were sitting on when they were out?"

Cain was furious with what had happened and seeking out how to get his revenge.
