Emmerdale's Andrea Tate spilled the truth to her nemesis and mother-in-law Kim Tate about son Jamie's hit and run.
She revealed to Kim that it was Jamie who hit Moira and left her for dead, after Kim accused Andrea of being the driver.
At first, Kim did not believe Andrea, but Andrea told her to ask Jamie, and she did.
Jamie immediately caved and told his mum the truth, and was utterly convinced Andrea held all the cards now as she could use the truth against him.
Andrea demanded Kim leave the village and told her she was "nothing", insisting the two Tates play by her rules from now on.
"I don't really need your input on this, Andrea, I've got it all worked out, so back off and let me make sure my son's in the clear," Kim ordered.
"You need to understand the situation first," said Andrea.
"Oh I understand the situation perfectly, you're wasting valuable time while I could be getting this sorted," replied Kim.
"You're wrong on so many counts, first, you don't sort anything without running it by me. Second, you need to be a bit more polite to me in the future," said Andrea.
"In your dreams!" scoffed Kim.
"No, in your nightmares," said Andrea.
"You need to realise that things have changed in this house, I don't need to listen to you ranting any more.
"I'm in charge now, if you want to save Jamie, you need to remember that his future's in my hands, I could throw him to the wolves at any time."
She added: "You back off, I'm sure you could do with a holiday... You're nothing here any more."
