Emmerdale's Amy Wyatt makes explosive confession to Nate amid factory fire guilt

Amy Wyatt will give into her feelings of guilt next week as she makes a confession she might live to regret on Emmerdale.

Next week on the ITV soap, Frank Clayton's funeral finally arrives and there are mixed feelings among the villagers about it.

While Megan isn't sure whether she wants to go, Amy is full of guilt and Kerry knows that sitting through the service won't be easy.

The pair broke into the factory to steal the charity money but, after discovering that there was CCTV, decided to destroy it.

What they didn't know was that, in doing so, they started a fire which would end up claiming poor Frank's life.

Frank was retrieving something in the factory at the time and saved daughter Tracy after hearing that she had been trapped inside.

But when we went back inside to get the ring, he ended up dying when the place exploded.

However many villagers, including the Sharmas, are convinced that Frank started the fire and Amy and Kerry have let the dead man take all the blame.

Later, Megan is left stunned when Tracy tells her about the ring box and reveals she thinks that Frank was retrieving it from the factory when he was killed.

Megan crumbles when she puts the ring and is devastated by the guilt she feels.

Outside the church, Tracy is desperate to prove her dad's innocence and is infuriated when Vanessa fails to support her.

After the funeral, Amy makes a shocking confession to Nate.

Will she confess to starting the factory fire?

*Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7pm on ITV, with additional episodes at 8pm on Thursdays
