Emmerdale airs a baby bombshell for Tracy Metcalfe next week, as she learns she is pregnant with boyfriend Nate Robinson's baby.
Tracy's pregnancy comes as a shock to both of them, with the pair not having been together for very long.
The couple are forced to have a big talk about their situation, not having planned to start a family so soon.
But it seems Tracy will make her mind up pretty quickly about what she wants to do, and whether she wants to keep her unborn child.
The character's decision is triggered by heartache from her past, and a decision she made two years ago after her marriage breakdown with ex-husband David Metcalfe.
Tracy had an abortion after falling pregnant, amid his romance with Maya Stepney.
Speaking to Mirror online during a recent press call, Tracy actress Amy Walsh revealed how this had stayed with her character ever since.
She also revealed what was different about Tracy's pregnancy this time around, and why the character wanted to have the baby.
Amy said: "It’s a really tricky one for Tracy because going through the abortion with David was something she never thought she’d have to do.
"It was the right decision at the time, but the thought of having to do it again just isn't feasible to her.
"Quite soon after hearing the news she thinks having an abortion is not an option.

"It has stayed with her every day and also she’s a bit older than she was then.
"She’s a bit more stronger and independent, and I think she had to do it with David because she knew she would have fallen back in with him, and become dependent on him and he didn't deserve that."
She added: "With this pregnancy she's got more strength and almost feels like she can do it alone if she has to."
Emmerdale airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7pm on ITV.
