The situation got a lot worse later on when Jessie dropped a devastating bombshell on Maya.
She said the teacher had been distracted for weeks and there were "comments" in the staff room.
Stunned Maya took her anger out in Jacob as she told him to "shut up" and pretend to act normal.
Jacob hit back at Maya for ruining their night and doing Jessie's bidding when she snaps her fingers.
Slamming his older lover, Jacob said: "You look all old when your frown like that."
Clearly worried about her secret being exposed, Maya asked Jessie what their colleagues had been saying about her.
Jessie said: "Just general stuff about performance, but if a concern is raised there has to be a meeting."
