The pair haven't seen each other for a while, with viewers not even aware until recently that she had a sibling.
But the pair are hiding a dark family secret, set to come to light some day soon.
While their past remains hidden for now, Moira must face it when Mackenzie arrives.
He also demands £5,000 from her, to secure Cain's freedom.
