Emmerdale legend Lisa Riley has her eye on a role in Netflix hit Bridgerton.
Lisa, 45, has played the iconic Mandy Dingle on-and-off since 1995 and absolutely loves being part of Emmerdale.
According to Digital Spy, Lisa has no plans to leave the ITV soap but admitted she’d love to bag a role in Bridgerton.
For those who don’t know, Bridgerton is set during the Regency era and follows eight siblings of the powerful Bridgerton family as they attempt to find love.

"The only thing I have never done which I would absolutely love to do is appear in a period drama. I think I would be perfect for it. I have pale skin and the right look for it.
"I absolutely love Bridgerton and would love a role if one came up," she added. "I don't want to play the wench, though. I would want to play a big busty duchess with a corset and all."
Bridgerton was shot at Castle Howard and Coneysthorpe which feature in the series as Clyvedon Castle and Clyvedon Village, the Duke of Hastings’ family estate.
