Emmerdale viewers were left sickened when Meena Jutla murdered Leanna Cavanagh last week, before stealing her ring from her corpse.
Meena killed the teen after she uncovered her killer past, after finding some incriminating items in her old rucksack.
The villain accidentally blurted out she'd murdered her best friend Nadine some time ago, before cold-heartedly boasting about it seconds before pushing Leanna off a bridge.
She then watched Leanna take her last breath, boasting about not calling for help before stealing her engagement ring as a token of her crime.
This could be the key to her downfall though, as Leanna's ex Jacob Gallagher is desperate to locate the ring he gave her recently.

While they weren't together at the time of her death, Jacob was trying to find her to tell her he would go travelling with her after all.
But her life and their future was tragically cut short by evil Meena, while no one knows the truth.
As Meena watched Leanna die, she stole the ring from her corpse before leaving her and pretending nothing had happened.

On Friday, viewers were baffled and appalled to see her wearing it on a chain around her next as some sort of trophy.
But Meena will want to keep that ring well hidden next week, as it's the obvious link to Leanna's demise.
Jacob seems to be the only one looking for the ring, wanting it back - but Leanna's grieving father Liam takes his words the wrong way.

As the two men sort through Leanna's belongings, Jacob realises it isn't in her room and wasn't with the things handed to Liam after her body was found.
But as he continues to question Liam about the missing item of jewellery he snaps, overcome with distress.
As Jacob returns home, he explains to dad David about the ring and is clearly heartbroken that it is missing.
David is gutted for his son, while Meena knowing the truth desperately tries to hide the panic on her face with her knowing where it is.
Could this lead to her being exposed, or will the police question if the ring going missing is linked to how she died?
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
