Emmerdale in crisis as ‘something drastic needed to save show’ after nine actors leave

Emmerdale is in crisis and in need of "something drastic has to happen to save the show" after nine stars have left the ITV soap, claims an insider.

A source close to the show has told that it is "really tough behind the scenes" and "low-morale" on set.

The insider believes that the reason for the crisis is due to the series having three producers - Jane Hudson, Kate Brooks and Laura Shaw - which they claim has led to disarray behind-the-scenes.

"It's really tough behind the scenes, morale is low and no-one seems to be aware of what's going on," a source shared with The Sun.

They added: "Fans are noticing and it's really disheartening to everyone who works so hard on the show. There's a real feeling that something drastic has to happen to save the show."

It comes as Andrew Scarborough, known for playing character Graham Foster is reportedly set to depart the soap.
