Emmerdale aired a chilling hint at another character death on the ITV soap on Monday evening.
Just days after killing Andrea Tate, Meena Jutla attempted to murder an unconscious Priya Sharma - but it seems she has her eye on someone else too.
In the latest episode, Meena left an eerie message on Victoria Sugden's voicemail, just days after she tried to drown her.
Victoria almost died, and if Andrea had not seen Meena carrying out the evil act, she may well have been Meena's third victim.
Instead, it was poor Andrea who lost her life as a result of Meena silencing her over what she saw - while her latest murder remains a secret, as with the previous two.
Meena murdered teenager Leanna Cavanagh earlier this year, while in her past she also killed someone named Nadine.
She nearly upped her known kill count to four on Monday, trying to kill Priya in case she had seen what she did to Andrea.
But it was the closing moments of the latest episode that could have foreshadowed an upcoming death for one of two favourites on the show.
As David Metcalfe appeared to choose Victoria over girlfriend Meena, choosing to go home from the hospital with her instead of visiting Meena, she was left in a rage.
This only escalated when she entered Victoria's room to find she'd gone home, but had left a card behind that was given to her by David.
In the card, it read that David was in love with her and wanted to be with her, confirming his cheating and that he was going to dump Meena.
She could not hide her rage, even when sister Manpreet came in and found her in tears.
When Manpreet went to get her some tea, Meena left love rival Victoria a chilling voicemail message that hinted at another death being on the cards.
She said: "Hi Vic, it's Meena. I hear David took you home, he’s a good egg isn’t he, a real friend.
"You and me, we could have been friends too, like proper mates, but now I know what’s going on. And you're not gonna have him, he’s not yours.
"You know we're all different, things are different, people, usually depending on how they treat us. What goes around comes around and all that.
"Best watch out for that Vic, because trust me, karma can be a real b***h."
Of course Meena will no doubt want to finish the job and kill Victoria for once and for all, in revenge for her winning David - and for David cheating.
But perhaps the message actually proves it is David in danger and he who could be Meena's next victim.
She basically told Victoria that David was not hers to have, yet again being possessive - so could she be saying that if she can't have him, no one can?
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
