Emmerdale first look as Cain Dingle back home while Kyle taken away by police

Emmerdale is set to air an emotional scene as Cain Dingle is released from prison and returns to the village after son Kyle gets taken away as he confesses to Al Chapman's murder.

It was previously revealed that 10-year-old Kyle was responsible for killing Al however in an attempt to protect him Cain took the blame after witnessing the crime and went to jail.

However Kyle has since been struggling with keeping his actions a secret and confessed to the murder. The young lad ended up being released on bail pending investigations

in heartbreaking scenes, Moira, Amy and the Dingles say an emotional goodbye to Kyle (ITV)

Earlier this week, Emmerdale viewers saw Moira, Amy, Matty Barton, and Mackenzie Boyd all taken in for questioning and all tried to peddle the same story.

However, during Wednesday night's episode Moira was devastated to learn that Kyle was going to be taken to an authority children’s home and was left wondering if her marriage to Cain could survive this when, from prison, he made it clear he blamed her for this turn of events, Manchester Evening news reports.

In tonight's episode Emmerdale fans will see Moira shocked to see Cain, fresh out of prison. But it comes at a price as in heartbreaking scenes, Moira, Amy and the Dingles say an emotional goodbye to Kyle as the social workers take him away following his confession of killing Al.
