Aaron overhears Brenda and Faith rowing and, as he knows the truth, vows to sort the situation out.
Meanwhile, Pollard tries to tell Brenda that he only has eyes for her, she is heartbroken as she says that their relationship is over so long as Faith is around.
When Mack refuses to hand Aaron back the brooch, he decides to take matters into his own hands and steals it back from him.

Aaron decides to break into Eric's Barn to return the brooch, but is caught red-handed and attempts to escape, but Eric knocks him to the ground by whacking him with a bat.
The next day, Aaron is in hospital when Mack visits him and tries to get him to keep quiet about his involvement in stealing the piece of jewellery.
Emmerdale viewers will later see Eric charged by police for the attack on Aaron.
