Emmerdale fans were upset as Aaron Dingle slept with a stranger this evening.
However struggling Aaron, whose estranged husband Robert broke up with him after being sent to jail, didn't seem very happy and instead burst into tears afterwards.
Devastated viewers of the much-loved couple flocked to Twitter to express their outrage.
This comes after his sister Liv was hospitalised after suffering a seizure while looking for Aaron.
Wendy, who is the mother of Victoria's rapist Luke, found Liv - prompting fans to lash out, claiming that last night's episode was an attempt "to make Wendy likeable."
"Stop trying to make Wendy likeable!!" one raged.
Another scolded the show for giving Wendy a redemption arc after Lee got Robert, Victoria's brother, locked up for attacking him.
They penned: "Wow this is a new low #emmerdale. Now do you really think we have to like Wendy now?"
"Never happening. Because of her son Robert is in prison. Wendy is cancelled. You are not subtle. Disgusting."
A third wrote: "Yes, yes, Wendy would be lovely were she not stalking her son's rape victim in an attempt to force her way into the baby's life."
A fourth demanded: "Stop trying to make Wendy happen!"
