Emmerdale fans think vicar Harriet Finch will be unmasked as Kim Tate’s poisoner

Emmerdale fans are convinced that vicar Harriet Finch will be unmasked as the person who is poisoning Kim Tate.

The vicar - who is played by actress Katherine Dow Blyton in the hit ITV soap - was seen having a breakdown last year over her guilt about DI Malone's death.

On the surface, Harriet seems to be in much better place now but viewers are not convinced that she may not be doing something on the sly.

Many soap fans think that Harriet is the one targeting her ex Will Taylor's lover, Kim.

“It’s obvious,” said one. “She will be the surprise culprit. Kim had an affair with Will, she spiked Dawn’s drink and she had a relapse recently."

A second added: "The Unreverend Harriet can bury Kim in the same grave as PC Plod: that will save taking up more space in the woods - conservation and all that sort of thing."

However another viewer penned: "I fail to see any logical motive for Harriet to be the poisoner. Which in ED terms means it is DEFINITELY her!!!!!"

New ITV spoilers have confirmed that Kim will set a trap to expose the mystery resident who has been poisoning her.

Explosive scenes will see all of the suspects in the same room, as Kim begins her web of lies to find out which of them is up to no good.

Faking the symptoms of being drugged to stop them realising she knows the truth, she finds a way to lure them all to Home Farm before putting her plan into motion.

The suspects are her son Jamie Tate, his girlfriend Dawn Taylor and her father Will, Gabby Thomas who has been stealing from her and finally her business partners Jai Sharma and Al Chapman - has Harriet been left off the list on purpose?

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
