Emmerdale fans 'suss out' the driver of mysterious car following Chloe after 'glimpse' of dad

Emmerdale viewers believe they've managed to suss out who the mysterious driver of the car that was following Chloe and Kerry.

Soap fans still don't know much about Chloe's past since she arrived on the Dales but many viewers convinced they have worked out who her "dangerous dad" is in prison, writes The Mirror.

What they do know for certain is that Chloe's sister Gemma had passed away three years ago, but they don't know the rest of Chloe's backstory amid theories about who she might be.

Fans have predicted that her dad could be a past character, with her surname previously sending viewers into meltdown believing they had cracked the case.

Last night, viewers were treated to a glimpse of what may be her dad as a mysterious car followed Chloe and Kerry.

In a frantic bid to try and unmask the mystery person, screens were paused as viewers tried to get a close-up look at the man.

Viewers flocked to Twitter to discuss their theories, with one tweeting: "who was the person following them in the car omg and who is chloes dad omggg #Emmerdale."

While another commented: "Chloe’s Dad’s got eyes on her.... #Emmerdale."

A third wrote: "I’m literally on the floor trying to get a close up on Chloe’s dad! doesn’t look like Declan or Pierce! #emmerdale."

Another joked: "Looks like Mike from Breaking Bad in that shot!"

"Was that #Corrie ’s Pat Phelan following Kerry and Chloe #Emmerdale," another questioned.

While one commented: "I’m literally on the floor trying to get a close up on Chloe’s dad! doesn’t look like Declan or Pierce! #emmerdale."
