Emmerdale viewers suspected that Meena could be in need of medical help after Manpreet discovered her deception.
Meena has been impersonating Ethan's mother for months on the ITV soap in a bid to bring him and Manpreet closer and tonight Manpreet discovered the phone she had been using.
Tonight Manpreet asked her "what sick game are you playing" and she tried to justify her actions.
Meena said: "Everything I've done has been for you, you were so close with Ethan years ago I thought if he started to confide in you and share a secret he would start to trust you again.
"I thought Charles would be reminded of how fabulous you are and might dump Andrea and be with you."
Manpreet said: "I am married to my husband who I love and that woman broke Charles' heart - what it must have taken for him to pick up the phone...
"You have set father and son against each other, they might never get over this.
"There are no positives you are manipulative and dishonest, I think it's time we had a chat with Charles."
The pair went to speak to Charles but he revealed he'd had a heart to heart with Ethan and was incredibly grateful to Manpreet for helping him.
Meena was thrilled and told Manpreet she could buy her a takeaway to thank her and Manpreet admitted she couldn't come clean now.
But viewers were left seriously concerned for Meena after her manipulative actions, with several suggesting she might need medical intervention.

Pamela said: "Manpreet may be a doctor but she can't possibly cure Meena's sickness."
