Emmerdale fans spotted a problem with Al's threats against Paddy in tonight's episode.
Recently Paddy was caught up in one of Kim's manipulative webs, causing him to dope one of her racehorses.
But as The Woolpack's financial struggles continue, an expectant Chas asked Paddy whether he had more work lined up at the racecourse.

Paddy felt trapped when, after they were left alone, Kim asked him to dope her racehorse again.
Al grew suspicious when he caught the two of them in the midst of such a hushed conversation.
And tonight he discovered Paddy's involvement in doping.
He then threatened Paddy, saying he would keep quiet if he could persuade Marlon to sell his share of the pub to him.
But fans were all asking why he would want shares in a failing pub.
Karen tweeted: "Why does Al want a knackered County pub with no customers?"
Jehan wrote: "I don't understand why Al wants to buy into the pub so badly, he must need it for something dodgy."
