Emmerdale couple Belle and Ellis were getting closer than ever, but fans have spotted a fatal flaw in their relationship.
Belle and Ellis have only gone on one date together and Ellis freaked out today when Marlon offered her a place to stay after she fell out with dad Zak.
Ellis chatted with his brother and said that he liked Belle but wasn't ready to spend so much time with her.
Later on in the episode Belle and Zak made up, meaning she didn't have to stay with Ellis and Marlon afterall.
And Ellis struggled to hide his joy when Belle told him she wouldn't be living there - with Belle storming out after telling him she was glad she knew where she stood.
But fans took to social media to point out the relationship wouldn't be going anywhere as Asan N'Jie who plays Ellis was fired from the soap after fighting at the TV Choice awards.
Declan Ferguson said: "Don't get too close to Belle, Ellis lol your bags are nearly packed with your 1 way ticket to nowhere."
Darren Haywood said: "Something tells me there's no future for Belle & Ellis anyway.."
Michelle Jones said: "Ellis you’ll have more than enough freedom soon enough."
And Shaheen Ashraf said: "Ellis is moving on soon anyway so don't worry."
Ellis' scenes are still playing out on screen, but his final scenes should play out over the next month or so.
