Emmerdale fans spot big problem with Noah's army plan

Emmerdale fans were quick to question Noah's plan to pass the army medical in tonight's episode.

Tonight's show saw Noah worry about passing his medical after struggling to breathe on a run with Charity earlier in the week.

Noah's medical issues were put down to a pre-existing condition he was diagnosed with in 2019, after suffering a drug overdose.

Noah suffers with rhabdomyolysis which is a muscle injury which can cause organ failure.

He suffered kidney damage and was warned he could have permanent issues in the future.

The episode started with Noah looking at the army website and discovering it was likely his condition would rule him out of getting into the force.

Noah knew he would have to take part in a medical, with a urine test also needed.

So in a cunning plan to overcome the medical he asked friend Samson to do a sample for him, bribing him with computer games and a burger and chips.

Noah gave him a container and said: "Just take that home and have a wazz."

Samson said: "And they won't know it's my pee they're testing?"

And Noah replied: "Please you can't back out now."

But viewers were quick to spot an issue with the plan, saying that the army would want Noah to do the sample on the day, not bring it with him.

And others suggested the other tests the army would perform would also quickly pick up the condition.

Samantha Walker said: "Noah, the Army would get you to wee there and then not bring it with you from the day before!!!!"

Bradley Coombes said: "As if the army would go for it Noah."

Chris P said: "Noah doesn't actually think he can hide any medical stuff from army recruitment does he."

And Pamela said: "With poor health, Noah can't cheat his way into the army. The assault courses will punish him and a dishonourable discharge will be on the cards."

*Emmerdale continues at 7pm on ITV tomorrow
