Emmerdale fans were left shocked by Gabby's actions on tonight's show, as she managed to convince Kim she had forgotten some vital things.
Kim accused Gabby of stealing cash from the business account and treating herself to designer goods.
Kim said Gabby was "guilty as hell" and was going to phone the police.
But Gabby stopped her and said: "Do you want everyone to know that you're ill.
"I'm trying to protect you, you gave me that money, you were really nice about it, you gave me the cash and told me to treat myself."
Kim looked confused and said that didn't explain the missing money and that Gabby must have been stealing it.
But Gabby said: "I didn't want to tell you this, but you took that money, you made those payments."
Kim said: "I wouldn't do that" as Gabby asked: "You really dont remember?"
Kim sighed and said: "I don't remember half of whats happening to me and its getting worse."
Later on in the episode Kim phoned her doctor and asked for a dementia test after her "forgetfulness".
But viewers were left sickened and called Gabby a monster for her actions towards Kim.
Kathy Edge said: "When did Gabby turn into such a monster."
Karen Jones said: "I dont like this Gabby/Kim storyline. I dont like Kim but its cruel, Gabby making Kim think she has Dementia/memory problems, just cruel. I hope it ends soon. Just saying."
Kim Ellisa said: "I know Kim is awful, but what gabby is doing is sick, especially since Ashley, what a cruel girl she is."
And LynneG said: "Gabby is very cruel, so evil."
