Emmerdale fans 'rumble' Vanessa's terrifying fate after confession from Pierce

Emmerdale aired worrying scenes for Vanessa Woodfield amid her kidnap ordeal, at the hands of villain Pierce Harris.

Pierce made a surprise return to the village last month, two years on from being sent to prison for raping his wife Rhona Goskirk.

After being released, with no one yet knowing this, he wanted to make amends with Rhona - also planning to get her away from the people who he believed were bad for her.

One of those people was her boyfriend Graham Foster, who he brutally murdered in cold blood.

He's now targeted her best friend and his former enemy Vanessa, who rumbled his return.

Pierce kidnapped her and her young son Johnny, tying her up to a stair post in Laurel Thomas' currently empty house.

But it's something he said to her that has left fans fearing the worst.

He dropped the killer bombshell that he was the one who murdered Graham last month.

Vanessa didn't initially believe him, but was left reeling when she realised he was telling the truth.

Now, fans believe Pierce will kill again and take out poor Vanessa.

With him admitting to his murderous antics, many fans believe it's only a matter of time before he decides to silence the only person who knows what he did.

One fan tweeted: "So Vanessa now knows it was Pierce that killed Graham so I doubt he will let her go now..."

Another said: "So Vanessa’s either gonna be trapped forever or killed now Pierce has told her he killed Graham."

A third added: "Did he just tell Vanessa that he killed Graham?"

Others were confused why he made the confession, as many feared what it might mean for her.

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
